Appointments
Please telephone or email to arrange an appointment time. Please appreciate that due to work scheduling, you may have to wait several days. Priority is given to existing clients. For client calls, I generally aim to make time for your appointment call within 24-48 hours (depending on travel and my schedule).
Contact Hours
My policy regarding the telephone and email is that I’m not available for instant calls or response to incoming messages. That would mean I’m currently doing nothing of importance, which is not very productive for me! Also, a phone call or answering an email creates a period of interruption in my thinking … so I’m sure if it was your project, you would prefer me to stay focused on your project and not be distracted.
Generally incoming phone calls will not be answered live. Return calls and appointment calls are usually made between the hours of 2:30 and 5:00pm.
